Wonderful shopping experience, lots of coordinating pieces which were reasonably priced and looked well made. Served by Abbie, a manager in the making. She was so lovely , helped me to open a store account using their app, patient and kind. Always thought of this store being for the youngsters but saw several ladies of my age in there. (in my 60s).

I like the clothing from the store just think the management are appalling. I bought an item and had the tag left on so had to drive 20 miles in to get this removed to get ‘oh sorry it’s human error’. I suggest you up skills your senior staff on how to deal with customer complaints

Manager is incredibly rude, heard so many complains about her. She makes you feel so belittled and really talks down to you. As someone that works in customer service, I try be as polite as possible because I know what it’s like, but she was horrible when just returning one item. She shouldn’t work in a customer facing job at all.

Very apalling attitude from some staff. Very unfortunate experience and did jot expect from a business like H&M. The staff looking after changing room needs a good customer care training. Unexpected time of closing too. If you are closing early on a summer friday when the store is packed; what sought of customer satisfaction is being expected. Disappointing .

First time to go to this H&M, pleasantly surprised. Spacious shop floor, tidy racks (even during sale time) and friendly staff. Went up to children's clothing and sale racks were slightly messier but still could find clothes I liked. Not too crowded with clothes and people. Would visit again as it's a better shopping experience than Chapelfield.

Spacious store with plenty of room between displays and clothing. Friendly helpful staff and loads of affordable styles and clothing ranges to suit all ages. Wheelchair friendly too with 2 lifts. Great store with better opening hours and later closing times due to being at Riverside complex.

Tried a few h&m stores for the item I wanted for the Mrs and this was the only one with stock so all in all everything was good not a place I shop in myself hence the 4 and not 5 stars all in all can't fault the place
