We came into TUI today after looking for months for the perfect holiday. Thanks to help of Maddie, we were able to find a holiday that suited us very quickly. All the staff were very helpful and I will definitely be booking all future holidays here.

I popped in to the Kingswood store and met with Maddie who was incredibly helpful in giving me information regarding family holidays. After searching around and having multiple questions Maddie answered everything quickly and gave us all of the relevent information we needed to make a decision on our next steps. She was friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful and I would certainly recommend anyone looking to book a holiday to go and visit her in store. Thank you.

Cassie found us a perfect holiday to Croatia, just what we were looking for! Good price and nothing was too much trouble. We even had a cuppa tea made for us! She was friendly and knowledgeable. All the staff were chatty and friendly. Many thanks TUI

Kingswood High Street Branch.I am not prone to give compliments, but on this occasion, I highly recommend Cassie, Anna, Danni, and Anya are passionate about customer service and pride themselves in maintaining the highest level of standards. Also, they work as a team creating amazing value for me as a customer, Cassie, Anna, Danni, and Anya have proven great experience in their role in a fast-moving environment. As individuals, they encourage and supported me as a customer and delivered at a fast pace, and welcomed my business so I purchased the great attraction deal that I had. Unfortunately on arrival at the attraction in Paris, the service was disappointing, but the Cassis dealt with it after I return from my holiday and gave me a full refund. On a scale, I would say, Cassie, Anna, Danni, and Anya would be over 10 and they would be better if more people were like them. All four of them are incredible humans with individual skills.

We went in the Kingswood stop where we were helped by Cassie. We told her we wanted to be near a harbour with bars and resturants. Cassie listerned to what we wanted and she booked us into a hotel in Makarska in Croatia. The hotel was lovely and we had a full harbour view from our room. The resort was very nice with plenty of bars and resturants. We had everything we asked for. Big thankyou Cassie we will be back.
