Peterborough Services - Extra

I always enjoyed stopping off here on my long journeys. Good restaurant choices and toilets. The complex is severely let down by the few electric charging spaces though! Just 6 at the far side of the car park and 2 near the main doors! On both my journeys south and back north the other day, the chargers were all occupied with people waiting or giving up and leaving.More charging points are needed, as disappointingly, I'll not be using these services in the future now.

Never used this Services before, but will definitely use again. Just of A1. Plenty of parking with good facilities. There are the regular fast food chains McDonald’s and KFC but some really nice outlets like PizzaLuxe, West Cornwall Pasty Company, EL Mexican, Chopsix. Also has an Esso Petrol station, M&S food and Costa Coffee. Plenty of outdoor space for picnics with tables provided. A nice children’s park outside.Hotel attached for overnight stays and a large truck stop. Very clean inside. The toilets were modern and clean. McDonald's is a cheap and cheerful fix for food and drink on the go. Will look out for Extra Services in the future.

One of my favourite stops, perfect for my little one who loves the new play area. Great place to stop and stretch tired legs, and grab a bite from the great options of food. A services well thought out!

Clean toilets, nice range of eating places, uncluttered atrium with plenty of seating. Perfect place for a quick stop on a long journey

Easily found off of the A1.Access is available from both sides and its just off of the roundabout.The Days Inn Hotel is next to it.Fuel station here.Electric charge points, although only a few.Small outside children's play area.Outside eating Area with tables and chairs.Outside picnic benches.The inside of the services itself is quite small.It's a circular area and compared to other services it's just not big.Eating area in the middle and take aways around the edge, but you find yourself pushing through the masses to get to the toilet.The queues for mcds are always long and block the walk way.I wouldn't use this services unless I absolutely had to.Too over packed busy, and queue after queue for food.People were even queueing for a parking space today.

Service station is small but well laid out. All the usual suspects, kfc, McDonald's, smiths, and an English style cafe. Large comfortable seating area. Toilets were clean and no wait.

This is a good service station. Plenty of food options. Clean facilities considering how busy it can be. It's recently undergone some refurbishment outside. There is a children's play area. Comfy seating. Lots of food options. Shell petrol station and easy parking. Ev charging points and plenty of room for a rest and to stretch your legs. As service stations go this is a good one.

Truck parking it’s to expensive for poor security without night guard, don’t parking here if you are loaded because on the morning it’s possible to have a unpleasant surprise same like me check the pictures.
