Outstanding service from start to finish!They came out to measure and offered advice on which produce would work well in my photography studio.I popped to the shop and there was no rush to choose, again lot of advice on which floor to would suit my needs.The fitting service was second-to-non and they worked late to get it all done for me so I can move in and start trading!Quality product, amazing fitting service, I wouldn't go anywhere else.Thank you so much.

Had a new bed frame made and new mattress supplied with it by The Bedman in Redditch. As we were also replacing carpet at same time we were trying to tie it all in same day and one of the usual carpet stores couldn't accommodate our need. Keith at The Bedman suggested we try Carpet Works who were next door but one to them. Glad we did as got the same carpet we looked at previously at a cheaper price and they couldn't have been more helpful. The 2 firms sorted it so that carpet was fitted and new bed delivered an hour later. Really impressed with both firms. Lovely jobs done by both. Good to use a local firm. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Excellent selection of carpets, and great advice given. We went in looking at some of the higher end carpets and received excellent advice that a carpet for a toddlers room should be lower price, durable, and comfortable - we were able to get the carpet end roll for a great price. The fitting was lovely and the fitters even tidied up our hallway carpet by snipping some of the loose ends and tidying up the edges that our cats had gotten to - really lovely service.Overall - great advice, great prices, and great fitting!

We have used Carpet works many times over the years and have recommended to family and friends who now won't use anyone else. From the first visit to the store Javed (The Owner), will talk you through your options, no hard sell at all, just a very professional service. Fitters turn up on time (Yes on time !), they also do a fantastic job and will not stop until they have finished (8 pm last night for us), everything is left perefectly tidy, they won't leave until you are 100% happy with the Job. You won't regret using Carpet works for your needs.
