My mother in-law hasn’t been that steady on her feet lately and after a few trips and falls we thought it was time to look into a stairlift.We called Mike he came around and recommended a few options. After deciding the best option for her. Mike had it fitted in no time, he cleared the area so there was no danger of any trips. Highly recommended and my mother in-law loves it wish we thought of it years ago ……… Thank you Mike

From the very first point of contact right through to the completion of a full service everyone was completely professional. Mark and Liam who attended today to service my mums stairlift put us at complete ease and we felt comfortable in their presence.They were courteous at all times and once they had finished the service, the chair and the track it runs on looked like brand new. Amazingly they even hoovered the stair case down when they had finished.I would not hesitate to recommend this company and can’t praise or thank them enough.

I called Mobility First yesterday to see if they could collect a stairlift from a house we have recently moved into. In less than 24 hours, the team arrived and the stairlift has now gone! From my conversation yesterday to now the team have been nothing but helpful and responsive. I would 100% recommend and wish I had found them sooner as the family have been trying to get rid of this stair lift for 6 months or so. Thank you both again.

We are so glad we found Mobility first. We needed a fast installation, and we’re amazed that the stair lift could be installed the very same day. The staff were so kind and understanding of our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Very professional and I could not recommend this company enough. We bought a refurbished Acorn 180 which looks like new and came with a full years warranty. Half the price of others we spoke with. A special thanks to Richard for being so good with my Dad.

Fabulous service from first contact until installation of stairlift 3 days later.Mike was professional, courteous and immensely helpful. A very small issue was sorted on the same day of contact. Nothing was too much trouble; I cannot recommend this service more highly.My Mother says that she hasn't been upstairs so much in the daytime in years with a new found freedom!Thank you for making her life so much easier.

Had a stairlift fitted today by Michael Wheeler, very impressed. He was polite, friendly and very professional. Mike worked quietly and in a professional manner, he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. Explained everything clearly as well as pointing out any safety hazards. He watched it being used by mother-in-law and talked her through it step by step, but making sure she didn’t feel rushed, and understood everything. Would highly recommend this company and was a fantastic price. Very pleased we went with this company
