Kokoro Pro Boxing

18 month ago my 12 year old son came to live with me . He was really over weight and unfit. I tuck him to see Jason at kokoro gym and we git to work on him . Since going to the gym he has lost over 3 stone in weight and is fit and healthy he is also I much more confident boy now .

I can't recommend this gym enough. The trainers push you to improve and the sessions have good variation. This is the place if you're looking for somewhere to train. You're made to feel welcome and the gym has everything you need.

Excellent boxing gym for the beginner all the way through to the professionals. Both nephews have trained here for over 5 years and continue to do so. Jason and max are both excellent coaches and will get 100% out of you.

I have been going to this gym for around 6 years, Jason, Alison and max are the best coaches about and have taught me a lot, I’d recommend Kokoro to anyone interested in boxing.

I can’t recommend Kokoro enough! my family have been going to the classes for years, the gym welcomes all ages. Jason is an amazing PT and really gets the best out of you when it comes to training. After only the first couple of weeks my energy and fitness levels had improved massively. Being a Pro, he knows everything there is to know about boxing and self defence too! He will recommend the best training bespoke to you and always motivate you to get the best results. Cannot wait to get back.

I go here for my boxing sessions. The coach is very good in his way of teaching...he adapts to everyone and works on their strengths and builds on their weaker areas. The place is always clean and all the equipment is in excellent condition10/10

By far the best pro boxing and kick boxing gym in the area. I am training for MMA and had been desperately looking for expert high level striking coaching and I have been absolutely blown away by the level of coaching and commitment Jason and his team offer. I have trained in multiple gyms and even overseas and honestly we are so fortunate to have this place. I loved it so much- the work ethic and discipline that I started doing 5 daily sessions in a week. Jason and his son spent so much quality time with me giving me 200% each session. They definitely put me through my paces and set up a structured program tailored to my skill level and experience. He is an extremely talented and patient coach and knows exactly how to motivate and help his trainees to excel. He adapts well to all kinds of styles and is highly skilled.
