TOTAL THERAPIES

Total Therapies is an excellent and efficient service. My housing association requested an Occupational Therapy assessment in order for me to either receive adaptations or rehousing. Anna came to my home and completed a thorough assessment and report. I am now being rehoused to more appropriate accommodation based on her recommendation.

Thanks to Anna, my old-build Dartmoor granite home was made a fully accessible home that I could live in alone after a complex injury.Anna analysed exactly what I needed in an initial consultation, and working with the NHS structures ( which were confusing me) and briefed the right people and departments to ensure everything was provided.I can’t thank her enough for enabling me to get out of hospital after so many months and in effect giving me my freedom and independence back.

Anna completed a thorough assessment of my aunt's needs, completing a detailed falls assessment. She was able to determine the main causes of my aunt's falls and created interventions in order to try and prevent these in the future. Anna also completed further assessments to help us choose the most suitable chair for my aunt in line with her current and possible future needs. We were really pleased with the whole service, Anna is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled in her role, I would definitely recommend her.

Just wanted to thank Anna for the support she provided for my father who has cancer and Parkinson’s disease and was really struggling at home. She assessed him at home and provided us with great advice and brought in interventions such as equipment and rehabilitation which enabled him to remain in his own home, instead of having to move into a nursing home. Highly recommend Anna and her service. Thank you so much.
