Took in my Makita GN900 nailgun that stopped firing. Repairs were done as soon as parts needed arrived and they even gave it an internal clean free.Great lads good prices. Will use again and recommend to anyone.

I found West Tool Ltd, on the internet & contacted them by email in order to see if they could repair myDewalt" sander. I received a reply telling me to bring it in with no charge to tell me what was needed to repair it. I did this and the gentleman that looked at it said he would contact me when he had a chance to check the problem. To my surprise he phoned the next day to inform me that it not only was repaired but the price that I had to pay was unbelievable. What a great service from very friendly staff

I took my dad's 40-year-old Black and Decker drill into West Tool Ltd. to be rewired after the cord severed in half! They rewired it within 24 hours and only charged me £15! They did a great job and hopefully my dad's drill will now last another 40 years! A fantastic service - I highly recommend them!

I hired a tower scaffold to paint the stair well on a narrow steep stair case in a typical a Bristol Victorian terrace. What a brilliant sturdy piece of kit, which even fitted in my car. It made the decorating job easy and safe. West Tools are an asset to Bristol, I completely agree with Mark's review below. I wouldn't go anywhere else, great selection of tools on sale too.

West Tools are excellent, I went in the a black decker drill that has served me well for years until I mistreated it. Yup in, repaired and out! Brilliant, friendly service, told me what was fixed and what, because of the drill's wouldn't be fixable in the future as part availability. They saved a faithful old work mate.

Friendly enough, but hired me dirty sack trucks, that stank my house out with fuel smell and stained my carpets, and im in a rented house. Didn’t care when I handed them back.

Keen DIY'er and have used West Tools on a few occasions not just for equipment but for advice. The whole team are superb. Family business and it shows in how they talk and help customers. Can't recommend them enough.
