I have never been before, but their new Korean Chicken Burger caught my eye. Wait time wasn't too long at all as everything is made to order and the food was great. You can buy extra drips or there are free Ketchup, Mayo and BBQ dispensers near the drink machine. Modern aesthetic and free drink refills also!

I ordered from here as I wanted a real burger! And they didn't disappoint. Food looked like the pictures, and the taste was amazing. We ordered Big Boo, fries and drink and a Booloumi, fries and drink.Meals where hot when got them and the spicy dust on the chip is something else.Will definitely be going back

Boo burger was amazing! The smash burgers are to die for! The staff are amazing especially Dan who could not do enough for everyone who came into the store. The cookies are divine. All of the food is truly delicious. It’s a must when in Preston to try it.

Wanted to try this for the first time but to be honest had a terrible experience. Waited almost 30 minutes even though we were the only customer .Burgers were squeezed , buffalo bites were soggy and microwaved. We payed £30 for our meal and never expected to be this. Sorry but had to say.

Food was disgusting tasted like old oil and the chicken had zero flavour, chicken burger came cold. Asked for a new one the guy held it under the lights to get warm. Place was empty on the evidence I know why. Server wasn’t happy when I complained, just stared at my family, customer service zero

Where do I start?! If I could leave more than 5 stars then I definitely would.My first time and definitely not my last, the food was absolutely delicious, didn’t have any problems, no waiting time and was nice and warm.I ordered the chick-a-boo which was absolutely amazing!! The bun was nice and soft, the chicken was soft and well cooked, lettuce was fresh and the sauce in the burger was great.Staff are really welcoming and friendly with big smiles. Felt very comfortable and well looked after. The staff made sure that everything was on point and came to check and see if we needed anything else and if everything was okay.Boo itself was very clean inside and very detailed. The refill drinks was definitely my favourite part :) however, the interior is very classy and goes well together from the outside to the inside. The toilets are very clean and tidy which usually you don’t find in many places!To top it off I had to get the churros which just made the experience even better. Absolutely no complaints, highly recommend:))

The burger could have done with a bit more seasoning, the wings were nice. For a gourmet meal it was meh.A complete contrast in the quality of food compared to when I ordered a few months ago.

First time going and was very pleased, the food is amazing! the burgers were very fresh and lovely the chicken bites were delicious, the customer service was bang on staff were lovely and understanding not one bad thing to say about this place would deffo recommend! :)

Food was freshly made as we went there when it was quiet (Sunday evening) and had to wait around 10-15 minutes for the food. We ordered one adult buttercoated chicken fillet and two kids fillet meals.The burgers were very nice as were the chips - we ordered two varieties.The only drawback for me was the difference in price between the adult and kids meals - the size of the fillets was the same, the only notable difference was the adult one had cheese. The chips portions were about the same too.
