Simona is a fantastic Pilates teacher, very patient and knowledgeable. I feel like new after every lesson; there are different options according with your level. My posture has improved and I am finally working my core and toning my whole body.

Excellent tutor with a great personality. All class exercises are well structured, and differing levels of challenge" are always included for all exercises to cater for varying levels of ability.I had no previous experience of Pilates prior to these classes

Simona's Pilates Windsor
I was reluctant at first as I did not think it was for me but I took the chance and never looked back. Simona is an amazing lady and her classes are magical. She so makes you feel good and relaxed and her teaching is wonderful as she takes her time to look after every person. I come back feeling relaxed and I can feel the effect it is having. Sometimes I feel two inches taller.

Simona’s Pilates classes are brilliant! She gives very clear instructions and makes sure there are varying levels of challenge for each exercise. Her positive, smiley approach is also a great encouragement.
