Booked Gemma while staying at a friends in Bournemouth and very pleased that I did. She did a fab job with my nails and great to chat with. Will definitely book again when I next visit

I’ve been to Gemma for a nails, tanning and Cambridge products. During my tan (which was a wedding trial) she double booked me, I felt rushed and that I was an inconvenience. I booked my nails with her, and after changing her appointment twice with me I was unfortunately late to the earlier time she wanted me in; I was hounded in the door, and started doing my nails aggressively. I asked for my money back and to just cancel but she said no so I just sat there in tears and let her do them. “You can be assured of a professional, confidential and courteous service every time you visit us and we look forward to seeing you again soon” I’m afraid is far from the truth. Also the studio is on the landing of her home and not as professional and tidy as it could have been. Think I’ll just stick to the walk in salons from now, atleast you get a cup of tea and a smile.

Gemma is amazing. There seems to be nothing she can't do or find out how to do. She is friendly, chatty, and very funny. She puts you at ease while being both talented and professional in her work

Gemma is one of the friendliest and most professional nail technicians I’ve ever had the pleasure to have work on my nails. Her creativity and care are second to none. This Lady never fails to surprise me with her talents.Did a stunning high quality job on my nails with lots of details, even though she was running late due to a previous client being 20 minutes to their appointment. She still managed to do my nails in a timely fashion.
