Massive thank you to Andy at MCC. We was looking for suv and bought a lovely ford Kuga. Customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Really happy with our new car. Would definitely recommend.

Recently purchased a car from here, very nice and well maintained. Had a little issue in the first week which can happen to any car at anytime and was a complete coincidence. Gave MCC a call and got booked into the garage, he even gave me a courtesy car whilst mine was getting fixed! Very happy with the service provided by Andrew, top bloke, goes above and beyond!

Travelled 45 miles to see a car for sale and we received excellent communication starting from the call I made initially right to the aftercare. Car shopping in lockdown and ferrying our baby with us isn't an easy task but Andrew was very patient and understanding allowing us lots of time to look at the car we were interested in-a Honda jazz, and was very helpful answering any questions we had. Bought the car and 2 days later had some battery trouble which can't be helped because it's suffered the effects of lockdown. Phoned Andrew and he offered to pay for a replacement battery and because we aren't local he went the extra mile phoning around to find a place near to us that would supply and also fit it. A man of his word he paid for the battery and his communication was spot on. Would certainly recommend this dealership. Thanks Andrew!

Recently bought a Hyundai i30 at a very reasonable price, Andrew was really welcoming and very accommodating. Spotted a few minor issues with the car which Andrew instantly offered to resolve and even offered to get the car a fresh 12 month MOT. All in all, very positive experience, Thank you Andrew

Excellent service given from phone call to purchase of car. Having been to various dealers and being hassled to buy, it was nice to find a dealer who wasn't pushy. Very relaxed approach. After being greeted I was left to have a look around the car in my own time without any hassle. Andrew answered any questions I had on the car and talked me through the warranty cover. I am very happy with my new car and would recommend Midlands car centre. Will definitely buy my next car from them.

Excellent. I was met out of hours to test drive a car and ended up test driving several cars. I was never pressured or felt rushed. I decided on a car and asked about having the alloys refurbished, Andrew arranged it. Full service, not a problem. Warranty, done. The fact that I could get it all done at the same place for very competitive price made the whole process seamless and painless.The car I ended up buying wasn't on the website listing so call if you don't see what you want and I'm positive they'd help you out!

I can’t recommend Midland Car Centre highly enough - no pressure, relaxed and friendly atmosphere and Andrew is genuinely one of the nicest people I’ve met. All that and the cars are good too!! Travelled from Manchester to see and test drive a car and it was well worth the effort. A truly enjoyable car-buying experience!!

Highly recommend this dealership, Andy is very helpful and a genuine guy. He went out of his way to answer questions about the car after hours of trading. Everything went so smooth from viewing, to test driving then handing the car over. I would give more stars if I could. I hope to buy my next car from here in the future.

Having been looking for a car for my daughter for months we found one here. Only 20 minutes from home, greeted by Andrew who was a genuinely caring and down to earth guy! Made everything from viewing to test driving a breeze. We decided to buy then and there. One happy teenager with her first car purchase. Would definitely recommend them.
