We needed a telecoms engineer to urgently to reconnect a telephone system following an office move and had been without phones for quite some time. Dickon could not have been more helpful. After having numerous engineers attend and do their bit and leave us with no phones Dickon was a breath of fresh air. He responded extremely quickly and within 24hours we had a fully operational phone system and free voicemail to boot. His costs were extremely competitive. We would not hesitate to recommend Dickon to others.

Dickon provided a very prompt, professional and friendly service. He worked to my time scale and his pricing was very good compared to BT or Virgin. Also he will provide a flexible service that most other engineers couldn't be bothered to do.Any future needs i have i will certainly be using this service.

Fantastic service and a great guy to deal with. Was panicking after moving our school office so rang Welsh Telecom after a google search and Dickon came out the next day, keeping me updated with texts as to his arrival. Sorted the problem quickly an efficiently and nothing seemed too much trouble. Dickon went out of his way to help and even popped home for some cable to match our decor. Was delighted with the work, can thoroughly recommend Welsh Telecom and will not hesitate to use again.

I interviewed a number of different contractors and no one came close to the pricing, professionalism and service of Welsh Telecom. I found Dickon to be very easy to work with and a responsible businessman and I was really happy with the crew, they were hardworking and they seemed to enjoy their work. Have used Welsh Telecom several times for our business. As a business we rely heavily on our internet as all our phones and management system is online. Having had so many problems with BT and their diagnosis of problems having Dickon and his team in was a breath of fresh air. They are always professional and carry out work to a high standard. Would always highly recommend.
