Visited the Newmarket warehouse by appointment yesterday with loads of questions. Luke & Co were simply brilliant, wonderfully polite, knowledgeable & practical. All questions & more answered succinctly. We've now decided which material is best for our application after much deliberation. We should have visted them ages ago.Jane & Victor

Carl was extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for him. They have a hoist for turning and lifting the slabs so that you can see them properly. This was really useful to me. I left a sample door at their factory and they even parcelled it up for me ready for the courier.A great selection of slabs to seeThanks Carl

I contacted Jack Smith at the Newmarket office to arrange to see the Dekton slabs and samples. The team, including Jack, Carl, Luke and Kevin, clearly have expert knowledge in the product and Jack was on hand to help us pick the right slabs for install - including picking the right slabs that were coming over from Spain that needed to work with the ones we had chosen in Newmarket - our kitchen in his hands! We now have Dekton on our worktops and entire splashbacks, and it was down to the team who helped us make this decision. Kitchen looks spectacular. Thanks to the whole team.
