As someone with no experience, I was a little nervous to start training, however my nerves disappeared almost instantly. The coaches were supportive yet never pushed me too hard or too fast. They went through everything in a clear and detailed way. I absolutely enjoyed the session and am looking forward to my next one. Highly recommend to anyone who would like to learn kickboxing or just improve their general fitness.

Went to JM kickboxing for a free taster session having never done any kind of martial art before, i suffer with social anixiety a little and was very nervous going into a place ive never been to meet people i dont know and do somthing brand new. But the moment i stepped throigh the door i was welcomed and greeted by the trainers who accomodated me and continued to give positive reinforcement all yhrough the session, i left feeling excited and ready for more! Cant recomend these guys enough top blokes the pair of them and all the other students were supportive and friendly.

Very friendly club, the trainers are very helpful an friendly, it’s grate for beginners as the teachers break stuff down for you and definitely good for fitness

Great for gaining confidence and strength. Improvements through out the weeks. Great for making one big family, always encouraging each other. friendly. Having laughs lots of fun and enjoyable. I recommend to come join our team.
