Tals pals walked my dog sasha for me while she was being looked after by a family member. Chantal and Phil did an excellent job of winning her confidence and sent me numerous photos and updates. I shall definitely be using their services again.

Quite by accident Chantal met my dog Toby and me whilst she was out at work walking another dog, called Winnie. We had a little chat and it was clear that Toby took to her straight away, in the middle of the street. Thank goodness! That was fate because boy did we need her!My daughter’s wedding was due to take place on 29th December but uncertainty over the pandemic and lockdowns and last minute changes meant nothing was guaranteed.But the wedding did take place and it meant us stopping overnight, too. Chantal came to our rescue not only did she dog walk and play with Toby twice before the event to get acquainted, she confidently took charge of him in our house on the wedding day. Sitting with him at least three times during the day, walking, feeding, medicating and playing with him and putting him to bed at night! Toby was totally smitten with her. And he had only met her less than three weeks ago, by chance.Oh! Did I mention that it snowed quite heavily that particular morning and Chantal was adamant she would look after Toby, and that we should not worry.Chantal was back at our house first thing to see to Toby in the morning, her dedication, obvious love of animals and communication with us whilst we were away was amazing. Not to mention how reliable, trustworthy and friendly she is.We highly recommend Chantal at Tal’s Pals, your pet will be well looked after, Chantal follows your instructions, listens intently and the animals love her, what more could you want.We will definitely be calling on her services againFrom: Jackie, Steve and our “baby” Toby at New Whittington, Chesterfield.

5* plus. Excellent service from Tal's Pals. Can't rate them enough. Chantal went above and beyond with her care for our dog. She took Nelly our dog's mood, body language etc., into the utmost consideration. When she took her out for the 1st time, with Nelly never having been away from us or her home without us, became a bit fretful. So Chantal let Nelly lead the way home and when they got back home, she sat with her for a while, gave her treats and cuddles, then went back out with her for another short walk. Just the sort of care that you want for a part of your family. Thank you Chantal.

This has been an amazing service and both us and the dog are very happy. Chantal is reliable, hardworking and works with us too support us in walking and training our puppy. She communicates really well and does a professional job at all times. I unreservedly recommend her!

Chantal cat sat my 3 cats, while I was away at my daughter's wedding. She up dated me on every visit which was reassuring. I was able to relax and enjoy my special occasion knowing my cats were in good hands. I will be using her again and I will be recommending her to my family and friends.

Chantal has worked for me both full-time and part-time since 2013 and has always been reliable and dependable. She learned a bit of dog-craft" from me with my Jack Russell Jackieboy and she continues to walk him on a regular basis for me.
