Ordered online to collect in Washington Galleries store. No problems and staff are always lovely, explaining exactly what they need from you ID and payment verification wise. Money was pre sealed with staff checker details on receipt. I use this branch every year as it is in an ideal location right next to huge carpark & supermarket.

I ordered only €360 this and asked for only a couple of €50 notes only to be that orders come in sealed but notes would be spread out evenly I got4x507x201x102x5How’s this evenlyIf i only have a small bill a lot of places won’t charge a €50 noteSo would be a lot more helpful if you were more flexible with note selections

Absolutely fantastic service yet again. The woman who served me was lovely and an amazing person to interact with, as was her colleague who wasn’t even serving me! Would highly recommend going here to either, get your holiday money or exchange your leftover foreign currency back to pounds. 5 star service these lasses were brilliant!
