Helpful, friendly staff and a daunting selection of items at great price.

I have shopped here several times in the last few months.It is a lovely compact shop that manages to fit a very wide range of good quality goods into the available space and still display them in a very tasteful and clear manner.They carry a wide range of goods which is being expanded constantly, with more available via their website (also growing). If you still can't find what you seek they will often be able to source it at a very competitive price.The products I have purchased from them and which I have seen displayed in the store have consistently been of good quality and have not fallen apart after a couple goes unlike some of the cheaper goods I've purchased via internet stores/auction sites (a false economy). This is particularly important where shoddy goods might lead to discomfort or potential injury. It is certainly worthwhile being able to physically assess the goods prior to purchase and/or to be assured of the quality based on previous purchases. This will always be my first port of call when looking for play equipment or clothing of this nature.The shop owner and her staff are very pleasant and very approachable. They put one at ease immediately which was lovely as I was quite nervous going into the shop for the first time. I need not have worried, the store is in no way tacky at all. It is very pleasantly decorated, bright and clean, with tasteful displays. The staff have never been pushy, quite the opposite in fact, yet always on hand to give helpful and practical advice when asked. They are clearly knowledgeable about the products on sale and how to use them both appropriately and safely.There is not much else I can think of mentioning except that they have a changing room, and a toilet, and there is masses of cheap car parking nearby in any of the Designer Outlet car parks.I thoroughly recommend a visit, even if you have no immediate plans to purchase (that may well change when you see the range of goods on offer!). If you are in any way apprehensive about it then please don't be, it is a very pleasant, mature, and tasteful shop with a lovely relaxed and intimate atmosphere.

Well it's halloween and Rocky Horror time, ive been as a number of characters but this year whilst i still have the legs its time to go as Frank n Furter. The plan was to go to the outlet centre which was crowded and a parking nightmare. Whilst following the alternate parki g route spied the fantastic window display for intimate Torment. Car parked and all thoughts of crowds put aside as I slipped through the portal to ecstacy. Needs and wants explained i spent the next hour or more in the hands of not only a knowledgeable member of staff but also attentive. Every effort was made to not only make me feel at ease but also to help me get the most out of it. Unfortunately due to me being the size i am and the colour i wanted a purchase wasnt made. But it was possible to find a perfect fit. I now have a much clearer view of what and why I desire, this is not fancy dress, the experience was more akin to a personal shopping experience. I will return to consult and buy my underwear! At the same time i was able to view the huge range of instruments for gratification. I will need to save to satisfy those needs.
