I had a serious water damage after a heavy rainy day and the face ID of my iPhone 11 pro max stopped working.Eddie suggested me to immediately stop using the phone and checked the damage level by opening and disassembling the internal components, disconnecting the battery to prevent further damage.The following day I got my phone back up and running with the face ID perfectly working, the phone was as good as new.

Maybe it's my fault to ask for a laptop battery exchange from a mobile shop, but they confirmed they would be able to do it.Though I believe it is a minor job to do, but the battery was no use, they didn't even fit it correctly l, the screws were not well fitted after they finished, and when returned back, they said it is a laptop issue, and that maybe I watch too much videos on the laptopThey refunded the battery price, but not the labour

Got my I phone repaired here today. The staff were so helpful and kind. Replacement only took 45 minutes and very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

A good mobile store. I needed to get my 4 year old phone's battery changed (OnePlus 6) and I looked up online and ended up at this shop. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and most importantly honest. Even though the battery I needed to get for my phone wasn't available at this shop, they suggested I order the battery online as per my liking and bring it down to their shop and they would change it, just charging me for the labour (€35), which in my opinion was a fair price especially for a phone with a glass back panel glued to the phone for life as if the company thought the phone would never need a new battery. So, I purchased the battery myself for €15 and the staffs here got the job done in about 25 minutes. It was pretty professional work with not a single scratch on my phone. At last my battery is back at 100% health.
