I see you've spent money on new signs yet still have the dirty filthy plastic strips which you have to touch/push against to get into the shop. Also, would have been more appreciated if you'd spent the money on cleaning up the shop/food area and considered hygiene with cleanliness. I say this as constructive criticism as I want you to clean up your act" and not just moaning about it. I've been a customer for 20+ years and don't want to stop but I have walked in today

Lovely helpful butchers to deal with your big BBQ order. The parking lines are terrible and customers are parking in the middle of two lanes. Lovely patience till lady with communication between us deafies and hearing

Have always enjoyed going to Pakeezah as far as I can remember.I recently went to get some biscuits so kept an eye on the best they had. Anyways found what I needed and took them to the tills. I hadn't realised they condition of the biscuits but before I could pay for them, the lady at the counter told me that she wouldn't want me to buy them as they had quite a lot of biscuits. She then proceeded to put them to one side and went back to get me some biscuits that were not broken. Very polite staff I must add and very good customer service. Well done.

Worked out bill was 18 but got charged 21 pounds.When we left decided to buy 2 seek kebabs and 1 slice pizza should be 5.70 but got charged 10 pounds. Absolutely a joke charge what's on menu.

Nasty customer service and prices sky high you don’t get what you ask for the guy on counter sells what he feels like selling .why put some one curry counter that can’t even speak English not work price or going inside

Very rude and not customer friendly. Charges money for asking an extra takeaway spoon when eating in. Have never experienced this elsewhere. Food is not great too, curries are all stored food. Prices are premium for stored food too.Will never come back.

Very rare I give 5 stars but that seek kebab pizza was BAAAAAAAANGINseen it on a YouTube video and definitely hits the spot bit expensive £3 a slice or £20 for a full one but too tasty to say noHIGHLY RECOMMENDED
