Ordered 8 light bulbs and waited two weeks and nothing. When I phoned the company they said they were out of stock. Asked for a refund and they said it’ll take 5 working days, it’s been over 2 weeks and no refund or bulbs.But their quick to take your money!!

Useless!.. sent the wrong bulbs , then admitted the ones I'd ordered AND STILL ON THEIR WEBSITE, were obsolete and sent random replacement..wrong size, wattage, fitting and colour. Was told to send back.i pointed out that I needed a courier collection, courier was sent ( no communication about this!) No return labels in box..! Bulbs still here

Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago. Two small, simple light bulbs. Hasn't been delivered and am still waiting for the items. I'd highly recommend ordering on Amazon or going to a store before ordering from this company.

I was very worried after reading reviews so after 8 days with no communication from the company I wrote a rather abrupt email. I received my items that day which had been sent out 3 days earlier. I also received a reply via email which was a bit tongue and cheek but have to say I'm very satisfied with my order and the service. Thank you
