Prior to my experience of using Shepherd Harris and Zheni, I had a particularly bad experience with a company in the area, which demonstrated how bad and painful this process can be if you don't have a solicitor who is willing and able to give these things the proper time and attention. My experience with Zheni couldn't have been more different. Thorough, very clear in her communication, friendly and extremely responsive. Despite the process taking longer than anticipated from the buyer's side, I couldn't have really asked for more. Great service, thank you.
