Part exed my C63 507 for an AMG GTS with Pilote from here 3 months ago and after the service light popped up, contacted Gary who asked me to drop it in at merc and they would cover the invoice.Very happy with the service and will be back for my next car!

Pilote probably are a great dealer, they certainly have great cars, but alas trying to see them is the problem. Before driving 120 miles each way, I tried to contact Pilote to check the availability of three cars we were interested in. I completed the online form; no reply. I emailed; no reply. I rang the phone number during business hours, no one picks up and there's no voicemail; I even messaged the chat online now" service who took my details and said they'd get someone to call me back; no one did. Maybe there's a very good reason why no one returns any contact

Graham, at Pilote, has just worked his magic on my delivery miles GR-Yaris.A single stage machine polish and Cquartz Pro ceramic coatings have really made the green and purple flecks in the pearlescent black paint sing; whilst the wheels, interior and glass have also been thoroughly cleaned and coated. From initial consultation, through the final handover, Graham kept me fully informed with regular video updates on progress. His enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism is second to none.

3 years ago I bought a GTR from these guys. Paid the asking price cash. Long story short, advert said had 2 keys it didn't. They agreed to pay for the key after I sourced one, Which came to £250. After asking for reimbursement on WhatsApp they left me on read and did not respond to any of my communications.Very poor aftercare I hope they learn from this.

Recently purchase a car from pilote, Jonny and his team was nothing but helpful with the process!We hope we can return soon for the second car to be upgraded.Thank you again

Fantastic Place! Recently expanded and upgraded showroom which is a real treasure trove of well-sourced, beautiful, and often rare cars. The pre-sales preparation of their cars is always second to none. Seamless purchasing experience and superb after-care. Great guys who really know their stuff, and very welcoming to all. I really want to leave a good review because Pilote were great to deal with initially and they prepped my car to perfection when I picked it up. However, there was a major issue with the V5 document which was missing and they promised to deal with it. However, they just didn't do anything about it despite numerous promises. It then took me multiple phone calls to the DVLA and money (admittedly only £25 but it's the principle), to administer a replacement V5. All in all is taken about 6 months to get my name on the reg doc and my last email to them about this was completely ignored. For this alone I wouldn't buy from them again.
