Unprofessionalism and irresponsible BehaviorCall them on Saturday and asked, Are you opened on monday.? they said yes we are.. so i booked in at 10:00am today.. when i arrived there i found shop is closed.. i waited more than 20 minutes, call them 6 times, texted them but no response at all… i will not recommend them.. they should be responsible towards there job and customer…

In love with my nails they took a lot of time to make sure it was perfect and it was just a really positive experience overall!! Would definitely recommend:)

Terrible customer service and professionalism. Visited this shop to get my nails done and a pedicure, they did not do half of what I wanted, all because they wanted to go home for a party. There were 2 staff who decided to wander around and talk rather than finishing my appointment on time before closing. I am more disgusted by the treatment I got from the staff. The nail techs looked at my feet and started talking to each other in their language. I asked several times for them to do my pedicure and they waited until closing time just to tell me We'll do it next time". I went home feeling awful. Save your time and money! Since new management has taken over

I am so happy Tina is back at the Nail Bar, it is getting back to its original standard,of clenliness and a friendly welcome Tina has worked haed to build this business and is now back after Maternity leave ,thankyou for the set of nails love the new colours

Completely ruined my nails! I came to get my gel nails removed, the guy who did it over filed my nails and I had bruises under my nail bed. My nails took 3 months to get back to normal. Would not recommend at all

Had an emergency and called this place, got me in right away service very good and nice clean shop. I was very greatful as was let down at last min by my normal salon.Will use again.Thank u

This place use to be my go to place for the past years. there’s two new boys started working here and are disgustingly rude. I booked an appointment and went there and told me to come back tommrow when i asked for the managers number they started laughing and talking in their own language. Happened to me 3 times i bought some family members along because i recommend the place and they disappointed me then as well. will never be returning again

Would not advise anyone to go there really. Twice I’ve got my toes done there, and twice the acrylic has snapped off because it’s so thin. Also, they didn’t have chrome nail polish so I couldn’t get my nails done how I wanted them.
