Went into shop to buy gift card told don’t do them … didn’t tell me I could get one on line very un helpful …

Lovely store great quality and prices. Staff nice and also very helpful. Unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted this time, but I will need back again

Love this shop but when I took shoes to the counter they were odd sizesSo I wonder who's sold an odd pair? They couldn't find me another pair such a shame.

Nice shop layout, easy to find your size and browse the choice available. Good display at the front of the shop. Staff ask if you need assistance, if you do they are very helpful and patient, if you don't they leave you to look, and if you let them know you're ready for assistance they come then.

The staff in the shop were exceptional. However from this point onwards my experience has been terrible. I purchased a pair of Skechers and was told they would arrive in 3-5 days. 10 days later I contacted Pavers Shop to find out about my order, and was told it had been dispatched. I followed up another 3 days later and was then told they had no record of my order. The shop told someone from Customer Services would be ringing me back the next working day. I still received no contact and then rang Head Office, who then told me that they were currently not in stock and I would have to wait another 7-10 days. My original order was placed on April 18th and it now May 14th - I still have not received my order or any communication on when I am likely to receive it. Considering they have had my money upfront for this purchase, it appears they do not care further about my experience or me receiving I had paid for. I seriously advise people not to pay upfront.

Positive experience, ended up finding and buying three more pairs of ladies shoes for my wife, good sales girl then proceeded to find a matching handbag that we just had to buy as well. Good sales technique all in good humour.
