A fantastic service all-round. The initial enquiry was dealt with excellently, plenty of advice and guidance on the best equipment and methods to use, and ongoing customer support was flawless - prompt, friendly and accommodating. A substantial team was mobilised at short notice, and the site team were brillient - professional and extremely helpful. Highly recommended

Rude and disrespectful. They have no respect for the people in the area they do as they please, block the canal with their boats start work at 6.30 in the morning making horrendous noise. It's a shame as Manceter is a lovely place to visit

Rude and dismissive.One of their workboats hit ours after the helmsman left the controls while in motion. Tried blaming us and gave every excuse possible to mean it wasn't their fault.Not interested even after video evidence was produced.

Rothen group have replaced the woodwork underneath our rubber fendering around the perimeter of Circus Field Basin. The job was completed with minimal disruption to residents, the staff from Rothen Group could not have been more helpful, and the work was completed to a very high standard.
