South Devon Pilates
I have attended Catherine’s studio equipment classes for over a year. I love that she really listens and understands my requirements and plans our session accordingly. I used to have regular periods of chronic bank pain which led to expensive appointments with an osteopath and time off work. Since starting at Catherine’s I have not had any further episodes (touch wood)!! I can’t recommend this studio highly enough especially if you require a more individual approach.

Great one to one class with Catherine. Excellent and clear instructions given during the class. Care taken with regards to a previous injury and well constructed exercise presented. Definitely going to keep going.
