UPS Access Point
Shop owner states they won't take large parcels because their shop is too small. Why agree to be a UPS drop off point if you don't have the facilities to store them safely? Owner then had an attitude when I questioned him about it. Won't bother using this shop again. And I wouldn't suggest to others to bother using it as a drop off point either.

They keep refusing to take our parcels because they have no space. Asked when is the collection so try to help and drop off our parcels just before collection. We've been told it's 16-16:30.We make an extra trip just to help them out and today we have been refused again before 3pm.

After walking 21/2 miles to return a Amazon package, via this UPS drop off point, they informed me that they do not have a scanner so could not take my UPS parcel, save yourself a walk or drive and find a UPS drop off point that can actually take your parcel
