I did my test today and passed, Very good customer service, the gentleman checking my ID was extremely polite and helpful. he put me at ease and I could not have asked for a better experience.The lady that took my picture was just calm and Very professional and the examiner was just on point. If you are in London, this centre is the best place to take your life in the UK test.

I’ve just been here to take my Life in the UK Test and I wanted to leave a review to say how pleasant the experience was. The staff is friendly, professional and very well organised. I was in and out in less than half an hour and my results came via email almost immediately.

The staff are nice on our exam in Life in UK. Special thanks to staff Mr. Romey who are so kind to told us the step of the procedure before the exam. He also told us the exam pass.The centre also has a car park outside. It is convenient to go there.

The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly, helpful and professional. He explained the process very clearly. Overall the place is very well organised. A bit formal upstairs for the life in the UK test but it’s quite understandable. Very friendly and professional downstairs for the language test. Thanks everybody for the great service today.

Is weird that you taking a life in the UK test and the staff at the center never use the words “please” or “ thank you”. They may hold a british passport, but they are away from the manners that the British society appreciate.As I cant answer your reply, gonna do here. I don’t take on the staff the home office rules. The lack of empathy and manners from all of you it was from the beginning.

Courteous, friendly, professional. After so many... odd experiences in one's immigrant experience, it is nice to find people who seem normal.Just a few steps from Hounslow East underground station. A nice convenience shop is nextdoor.Glad we chose this test centre.

I passed my English test and Life in a UK from the same venue. Honestly, it was a quite a flawless experience. The staff are very courteous and helpful. There is a huge parking near this centre. I will recommend everyone who stays within the proximity.

The women at reception was okay but the women who check my ID was Rude , unprofessional .After checking my ID one second she parfume the room just because I'm back. Also the room where we take the examsSmells no good and it was so difficult for me to breathe.She is not polite, not friendly . Stay away from this place.

Staffs are friendly, professional and very quick process from registration to until get the result. It’s near to train station and parking area. There is parking just to opposite side of the centre which is Kingsley Road Car Park and payment via coins and PayByPhone app only.
