Very friendly people with good customer service! The hairdresser was able to advise me on what would look good and be good for my hair very effectively!

The first time i went was when they had just opened, and they were amazing!! So much so that I told my mum to go there for her haircut, and she did and therefore Elaine gave my mum a voucher for 20% off my next haircut because I had recommended the hairdresser. I phoned the day before to make an appointment for myself, and was told 9.30am the next day. On my way to the hairdresser the next day I got a call from Keith at 9.15 asking where I was cos my appointment was at 9 (?) So I showed up and apologised for being late, Keith was fine about it and his happy self but Elaine was so angry. Keith then left and said bye and Elaine became so unprofessional and totally rushed through my haircut while complaining about Keith the entire time to her newly hired employee and how he was trying to fit way too many customers into her day, she didn't bother talking to me at all. I then presented my 20% off voucher for payment and she got so snappy with me saying it wasn't her writing and tried to accuse my mum of making me that voucher (with a PL voucher/business card? No, I would've been happy to pay full price because I loved my experience so much the first time)... i told her I was happy just to pay full price if the voucher wasn't valid, she was so rude and aggressive and after i left the shop I tried to go onto their Facebook page cos I wanted to leave a review cos I was so in shock, and found out they had blocked me so I couldn't!!! Absolutely ridiculous, I came at the time I had been told and used a voucher a had been given by them... and she made me feel awful. Im so sad cos after the initial trip there I really felt like I had finally found my new hairdresser but not anymore.. she needs to work on her anger levels big time. Keith, keep being you!

Amazing, relaxed atmosphere. Such a friendly environment and always so flexible for my appointments, really enjoy my visits and Elaine has given me great advice for my hair. Recommend 100%

So glad I found this place. Have had the fear" due to bad experiences . But thanks to Elaine and Keith I am saved.... Elaine really knows her stuff

Brilliant hairdresser. Elaine is best hairdresser iv ever been to. Keith at reception desk is a gem & i get as much coffee as i want. They are excellant.

Very unprofessional service - won't be going back there for sure.They did not write down my appointment and when this came out they did not offer another evening appointment and never apologised so dodged a bullet there by getting the refund from Groupon!
