Overpriced and rude staff who lech at the women who go in. I use the one stop now, 2 minutes down the road as it's cheaper and the staff are more friendly and welcoming.The mess outside the shop is pretty grim. Someone could easily sweep up. It may not be your responsibility, I see you pass the buck to the council, but I'd personally take a bit of pride where I work, even if it's not mine.Update: After having an Amazon parcel delivered here, guy wouldn't even let me have it when I read him the code off the email from my phone. Wanted me to go home to get photo ID I didn't need as I had a code no one else did. What a mistake. Learn how to do your job. It's a unique code that's sent to the owners phone and email. You only need photo ID if it's an age limited item. It wasn't.

Went into the shop after winning 2 free lucky dips on Saturday i gave the man my two winning tickets he scanned them today he did not give me my free winning tickets I messaged the owner and he just read my message and choose to ignore it and not reply a fiddle somewhere.. or they are uneducated

They are not very strict on people who enter without masks and far too many people in shop . But the staff are nice and polite

Ok bit expensive

staff are not nice. everything is expensive and sometimes out of date. been going there for years but its gone downhill. also picks and chooses when to use the card minimum.

A quite big variety of products, but six out of ten items are not having a displayed price tag.Also around the shop there's so much litter and more messy stuff it's gathering all the time. Now they might not be directly responsible for this mess but they could keep an eye on the window and complain or call public services to take actions.

Very rude staff. Took Collect+ parcel in to return to Sky. Collect+ website states they are able to print the address label if given bar code. Rudely dismissed this without any vague hint of apology. Food is also average and over priced.

Never ever opens on time, always opens late, really annoying when you've got to leave for work and can't get something you really need because they are not open at the time they say
