The Old Bakehouse

We are in the Cotswolds area from the US and spent a morning with Annabel baking treats for afternoon tea. The personal attention, great teaching, and yummy scones and cakes made it a great experience. We heartily recommend Annabel's classes to everyone!

I was recommended booking this by a foodie group on Facebook. My husband and I are real foodies and from the moment I made contact, I was assisted immensely with the menu options to cater to my husbands palate. The day was more than we could have ever asked for. It was spotlessly clean, the dishes we made were absolute and utterly delicious and the lovely Annabel was a delight to be our host. We are keen to come back again and try more dishes and pick up great cooking skills and tips. Thanks for making my husbands birthday brilliant :)

Had a fabulous afternoon learning some basic tips on how to cook - a bit daunted as I am no cook, but Annabel was so lovely - she made it all look so easy and I really enjoyed my time - will definitely like to have another session, and this time will bring along some friends -

Annabelle is a wonderful teacher - calm, knowledgable and skilled. Her kitchen is stunning and her recipes are divine. I went on a cookery day and made some delicious food including a strawberry and rhubarb crumble that was easy, quick and tasty. We made three separate dishes one of which we ate for lunch and the others we were given generous portions to take home. Such a good gift

Had a fabulous experience at The Old Bakehouse, attended a course with 2 others and had a thoroughly enjoyable day, left with a meal, new techniques, useful tips and a desire to do more cooking. Annabel made us all feel at ease and that we could easily accomplish everything she presented. I have never done anything like this before and would thoroughly recommend as either a beginner or someone with a bit of cooking experience. Thank you

Shared a fabulously day at Annabel's beautiful Cotswold home near Cirencester today with my girlie Zumba Friend Louise. Annabel is a delight, welcoming, chatty and informative. We learnt techniques and tips and managed to produce a gorgeous lunch which we ate and made a supper and pudding to take home. We will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone wanting to spend time with their mum/sister/and friends - we had such a laugh. Also suggest an ideal bespoke Hen Party event and jsut right for a Daddies and Daughter or Mummy and Son day.
