Terrible IVR makes very little sense, then just get a message saying 'sorry our operators are busy' and get hung up on. Very slow response to e-mails.

Louise on the phone is really friendly and helpful. Received very professional service.The parking was a bit of a problem. Also finding the entrance.overall 10 out of 10

Have been on the phone for over an hour and a quarter (so far) just waiting for it to be answered, and then 5pm came and they went home! - where are our tax monies going? All council services are shocking at the moment!

Omg this place is shocking nobody knows how to pick up a phone, read an email, nevermind reply to one it's a joke meanwhile my wedding is on hold because of there incompetence!

Dealing with tenancy issue. The clerk Tony provided help outside of working hours and made the whole process involved a lot more manageable. Very happy with administration service.

Terrible they only have one judge who works two days a week and he is the most egotistical person you will ever meet he couldn’t care less what’s best for the children. They will have you returning for ever because they aren’t capable of making any decisions. They real bad don’t go

Shocking! Read previous reviews and a 1 star is too much. I wouldn't pay the male I spoke to in washers. Not interested in my request for simple information about documents for a specific order. Had to press him for more detail as all he wanted to do was cover his a**e by saying he and his colleagues were not qualified to advise on the form needed. Really? He did achieve one thing. I am now more confused than before the call.

Very easy to find through Google maps and conveniently located next to a large parking lot, which was reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The court main entrance gate - in level 1 if I remember right - is so tightly closed that you might think it is locked. The facility management should be a bit more mindful about the disabled and the older people as they might not be able to access the court without help

Not the most pleasant of places, security search extremely invasive, much worse than criminal courts. The judge an absolute male bird, understood mental health but didn't and made one feel like a chastened child. Horrible experience and horrible judge who is known to attend the meat rack.

The Court entrance isn’t obvious from the road and it’s not clear from the website that it’s part of Clarence House. You have to go into the reception for them to point you upstairs to court.We arrived for a 10:00 hearing Monday morning (after driving 110miles) to be told they had had a burst pipe over the weekend and the hearing had been adjourned. It would have been nice of them to call and let us know.Parking is available in the multi-storey next door which is tricky to get to. The car park can only be approached from the West (town) as you can’t turn into it from the East. Traffic is chaos so if you need to be at the court before 10:00 leave extra early.Once parked walk downstairs out of the carpark and the court is just past Iceland.
