This week we had our redundant (but mostly still in working order) lab equipment picked up by Used Lab Machines. They were really easy to work with from start to finish. The Used Lab Machines is a great company buying used laboratory equipment. Normally, we would have to dispose of our old equipment and often pay for that disposal, but with the Used Lab Machines we were paid! Win-win situation for both parties involved. The customer service was very good, prompt reply to emails, quick estimates, payment and collection of old equipment. I would definitely recommend the Used Lab Machines and use their services again in the future."

Ordered a large freezedrier from Used Lab Machines LTD, from start to finish the communication from Lewis was excellent, I was informed when the machine was in the country and when it was dispatched to myself, nothing was too much trouble for Lewis in helping me with the purchase and support in getting this machine to my home.Overall I am very pleased with the equipment it was described clearly and explained by Lewis in it's function and his assistance in arranging the delivery was exemplary.I would definitely recommend this company for it's service and reliability and will have no hesitation in using this company again.Thank you.
