Dr Subramanian, Little Lever Health Centre

Very stressful trying to get a repeat prescription, the surgery says allow up to 48 hrs for a repeat prescription, I've contacted them 4 days later and it's still not been done.

My husband and myself have received excellent care from the doctors, receptionists and other staff members at this practice. Sadly we need to change doctors because we live too far away. Special thanks to Dr Subramaniam who dealt with us but thank you to everybody else whom we needed from time to time.

45 minutes and still not seen a doctor, absolutely ridiculous! Phone consultation yesterday after already explained what was wrong to be told need seein. For emergency should be in A&E, vaccinations should be done via nurses. Ontop of it it's absolutely roasting in here with one window open!

I like doctor subramannian a lot he helps you and treats you well, but some staff are not gtheir job on the desk n locums or they do it very slowly when it's a simple thing.Other than that the doctor actually treats your conditions, hurray! This is a very experienced G.P., I have had 5 others that were not even 5% as good as him. Some staff on the desk are lovely but others are lazy, they are not bad folks they just can't be bothered doing their job I guess or maybe they are depressed who knows? The Locum gave me an NSAID one time that boosts gabapentin that was silly so I chucked them away as then i'd be up on my does.I have quite a bit of knowledge on medications. I am happy with my G.P. and some of the staff like nearly most of em, the Indian lady is the best on the desk and Dr Subramannian is very good he has clearly read the NHS constitution. I like the new health centre but it can be stuffy at times the library does that I think the books take up moisture in the air an it gets dry n hot if there is a lot of you in there. I think a solution would be fans and maybe somehow having a window that can open on the panels?Anyway, It's way better now I am happy with this one, happy as larry. An actual Doctor worth waiting even for him if it's busy as you can go in very anxious and come out not depressed and anxious I guess the ancitipation must release dopamine. I have never left the G.P.'s office suffering not one time unless I am the one messing it up 0-o.Peace.
