Very bad experience when my daughter wanted a walk in appointment today and normally the ladies are lovely in there but not this time. The older stylist was talking about us to another lady and was very rude and unfriendly to me ( I’m disabled btw). Won’t be using this salon again, very unprofessional.

I always get my hair cut here due to the friendly and welcoming atmosphere.I visited again yesterday and the whole time I was relaxed and Kelly imparted some very useful advice to help me manage my pain as she is aware I experience pain in my legs due to having ms.Would recommend the salon to anyone looking for an extremely professional service which is a cut above the rest in the city.
