Recently order a Husqvarna 125 from Omega. Ordered on Saturday and delivered by Tuesday. Extremely quick turnaround and friendly / helpful staffPedro dealt with everything very quickly, would definitely recommend these guys and will be getting my next bike from them agaim

Excellent service! Friendly and most helpful staff, especially Pedro. I part-exchanged my Honda 125cc for a brand new Yamaha MT-09. The whole process took just over a week. We managed to come to an agreement on price of both bikes very quickly and get on with the paperwork. I ordered various tunning parts straight to Omega Yamaha and the shop installed them within a couple of days before I picked up my new bike. I couldnt be happier! Pedro is a great guy and knows how look after his customers!

Bought some stuff from Yamaha website to be delivered to this store as I was out of country, upon returning was told my goods worth £536 are not there. Store has stolen my items and head office have been investigating for over 6 months with no refund. Bunch of thieves at this store, manager refused to speak to me because he knew he would get an earful but I’ll be going in personally to give them a piece of my mind. Avoid these scammers at all cost. Staff seem incompetent and when trying to book a service for my bike the attitude received was horrid.

Great service chatting to the guys about my next bike and took an MT10 out for a spin. Friendly atmosphere and helpful sales team in the parts department.

Well I m starting this review with a WOW, what that means let me tell you , I've bought 2 bikes from this amazing beautiful people they are knowledgeable and experience people who are trying to help choosing your needs. I can't thank you enough for you patience and being so helpfull .Marina and whole team you've been absolutely stars and amazing, I highly recommend this people kind and very welcoming.P.S. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I purchased a new XMAX form this store and on the day of collection I noticed the bike had a few minor scratches that I didn't really mind about because the bike will eventually get scratches riding in London anyway. However I also noticed that the basic tools under the seat were missing. I asked the guy where the tools were and I was told that the XMAX that I bought didn't come with tools which I thought sounded suspicious. I then phoned up another Yamaha dealership and asked them if this was true and they told me that all XMAX bikes come with tools under the seat. I then spoke to the Manager next door called Heitor and I explained this to him and he told me that my XMAX didn't come with tools and that was final! He then said if I wasn't happy then I should complain to Yamaha about this as it's not his problem! I was absolutely shocked. Heitor was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have contacted Yamaha's Head office and informed them on his unprofessional behaviour and appalling attitude. Also out of spite, The manager registered my bike to the wrong address intentionally so that I wouldn't receive my V5. These people are absolute clowns. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

Great and smooth service from Omega Yamaha even during COVID, Fabian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with good advises. Very happy with the purchased bike. Highly recommended

This the second time I bought a motorbike from three people .. and let me tell you : it's very high standard Yamaha dealership , staff are very professional, lovely and hard working people ... I delt with Billy who help me to chose the right bike to buy . Thank you Billy and everyone ..
