Fantastic service all round. I initially messaged on a Sunday evening expecting a response the next day at the earliest, however, my appointment had been booked and confirmed about 10 minutes later! Rob and James arrived on time, were very friendly and professional and the whole experience felt very COVID-safe. My carpets look and feel so amazing - can’t recommend enough!
