We booked our Golden Retriever in last minute after being let down by our usual groomer and I'm so pleased we did! What a phenomenal job! He had a full groom and teeth clean and everything from his paws to inside his ears came back beautifully clean and fresh. His coat is feeling so soft and he seemed to have a really good time too. We will definitely be visiting again!

We sent our beautiful Bernerdoodle to have a cut to keep her cooler and she came back pretty much bold. They said they can't do a 12 so instead used a 9, cutting her like a poodle. When she got home we cried. The staff are nice and sweet but just a shame they can't seem to do a simple trim without shaving her. Won't be going back.

Fantastic job done on my puppy! Nails cut and microchipped for us!With it being our first time no question or queries were too much for them! Customer service is brilliant! Such calm and caring staff towards both dogs and us humans!

The ladies at Scrufts are amazing. Our puppy does not like being groomed at all and is not the easiest but they always manage to groom him perfectly. He always looks and smells amazing on pick up.
