The products were shown on website at a good price and in stock for a 1 to 3 day delivery. Now 12 days later , many calls and it has still not arrived. Found out that it was never in stock in first place and DHL can’t find any shipment order that fits our post code. I think I have wasted my money. Please be very cautious dealing with Sherdley bathrooms.

Dawn Jones St HelensI'm posting this as I want to say, credit where credit is due. I have just had a complete new shower and shower unit put in this week by Sherdley Bathrooms College St St Helens. The sales department (Paul) and workmanship (Derek and Jordan) was fantastic I cannot praise them highly enough. If anyone is thinking about a new bathroom or shower I would definitely recommend them.

Some inconsistency in reviews but it was great value compared to other suppliers so I went ahead. We ran into some problems due to covid and products being late in but Rob was very helpful, kept me informed and offered alternatives. Quality of product is excellent. I will be using again when I do the shower room in the Spring.Thank you Rob

Excellent customer service from Paul , Lesley and mark, bought our bathroom suite looks fantastic, thank you Paul for all your help and advice. Would definitely advise any one to have a look at the show room, looks small from outside but loads to choose from once in store.

7 months from ordering a bus to it being fitted yes the virus was to blame for some of it. Wrong bath was delivered lucky I liked it. BUT was still the wrong bath and when fitted it leaked water dripping through my ceiling. They repaired the leak but not the water stains in my ceiling . MY ADVICE WOULD BE DONT GO THERE

Not on Facebook so ...Just wanted to say a big thank you -To Paul in the shop who couldn't have been more helpful, patient and honest whilst we chose the units we wanted, and -To Derek the bathroom fitter who has to be the best tiler around and who fitted everything perfectly, despite hitting problems which he overcame with experience and common sense.Our new bathroom looks great, guys, thank you.I would recommend them both.Keith & Irene

Bought a bathroom basin and pedestal plus a tap and very well priced. Nice layout in the showroom and the staff are very helpful and friendly
