Dr S M Elton - Manor Park Surgery

The worst. Don’t expect to get an appointment within the same month. They cancel scheduled appointments and twice I’ve had to drive to another surgery to get an earlier appointment or blood tests done. I was even incorrectly advised by the reception too. Doctor was great though.

Worst surgery... Receptionist talk to you in the same bland tone every time and reply really sarcastically when you voice you're concerns... you can just tell they don't care about any of thier patients problems or concerns... The answer to everything is I'm just following advice". The doctors don't bother to call you back when the receptionists say they will... Also they have decided to stop writing doctors notes for people for some reason? Imagine getting 6 figure salaries and can't be bothered to write a simple note for patients.... Now my child can't attent nursery until god knows when becuase it's impossible to book a coronavirus test through the gov website unless your willing to drive over 100 miles away and doctors have decided to stop doing notes even though public health England told me i should get a doctors note becuase the testing sites are "too busy"....Wish I had never registered my self or my family here."
