Tolsta Beach
Another of the Island of Lewis's fantastic beaches. A fairly secluded cove with some impressive stacks and cliffs, which feature a number of caves and some very clear stratification in the exposed rock.Be aware that there is quite a steep descent from the carpark to the beach, which may make access (and egress) difficult for some.

The day we went there was sunny and perfect for a long walks. Beach is clean and quiet, not much people.

Fantastic beach. Simply stunning and great for bird life. Road down is a bit rough so probably best for those with higher ground clearance
