Ordered food and drink at 1930. Nothing had arrived by 2015.At the bar, we were told one of the drinks was out of stock - but no explanation why they hadn't said so and hadn't delivered the rest of the order, and no apology.By 2030, still no food - again, going up to the bar, we were told the kitchen had already closed so we shouldn't have placed and paid for an order (!?).At 2045 - over an hour after ordering - part of the food order randomly arrived at the table. We were told cutlery, condiments, and the rest of the order would arrive. It never did.The food that did arrive was good, and the beers on offer are great. The vibe is cool, although it's not the most comfortable place to be.It's a shame because this place has lots of potential, especially with its new setup. But competent service is desperately lacking.Hopefully they are teething problems that will resolve.

The 2 stars is are only for the waitress. Went there with some friends couple of weeks ago for a celebration. Ordered the calamari and it was the worst I ever had. Oily and soggy. Drinks was good and burgers. The girl serving us was so nice and friendly. We asked for the bill and paid, afterwards we check the bill and we notice the drinks was not on it but still has been charged. Went back to ask for an explanation, and to ask for the receipt with all the items on it. On 1st occasion could not get any help, no managers or supervisors around. No one could help. Second time, the server kindly said that the drinks has been added to the bill without the item description. Found this very weird having work in hospitality all my life, never come across something like this. Double check your bills before leaving. Would not probably go again..

Not a bad spot near the Tube station.I tried a pint of the Amos which wasn’t to my taste, but not too badly priced a £6 for a pint of craft. It’s a subjective thing so was nice to try something different. Was strange to see the AF Lucky Saint costing more than most boozy pints, but that’s probably the fault of the Tories!I’d been to the venue before when it was a chicken restaurant, so was happy to see it open now as a pub. They had a shuffleboard and plenty of board games on offer too. The beer selection on tap was extensive too and I really liked the flicker board above the bar - it was like the old days of British Rail! Not a bad pub at all. The food looked good too, but it was too early in the piece to try it so I can’t comment on the taste. The bar staff were also friendly too and quick to serve.

Has always delivered a good local experience. Good food and craft beer selection. Sometimes they will have a fantastic craft beer or two but other times the offering can be a bit too generic and safe. More unique strong ipas and maybe something other than Guinness as stout would boost my rating to five stars!

In comparison with other pubs in this neighbourhood, their pizza is very good. I am giving it one more star for their free popcorn. It is a cute gesture. At the moment, they also do pizza buy 1 for 1 free on Mondays. Good choice if you wanna grab a drink and perhaps dinner somewhere more quiet and clean after work.

2-4-1 pizza on Mondays is a nice deal. The pizza base is really good, thin, Italian style but I'd say the pizza sauce isn't very flavourful so it tasted a bit plain (I'm a bit of a pizza snob). It gets 5* though because it is dog-friendly, which is really helpful and the staff were nice. Also they have a great selection of board games.
