Absolutely horrific woman who deals with you after your car has been involved in an accident. Seems to take great pleasure in being as condescending and patronising as humanely possible. They charge an absolute fortune for towing a car…..£400+ and then choose to blame the police for these prices which is an absolute lie. She seems to enjoy your struggle and if she can add to it she will take great pleasure in doing so. Avoid this company at all costs. Money grabbing nasty lot

Had my car stolen but was found, auto rescue recovered the car ,thankfullly it wasn’t damaged as stolen via key, this company kept me informed about the police coming to fingerprint the car and even had some new keys made for me so I was able just to pick up the car and drive away, fantastic service, and Ginny the lady who dealt with me was a right laugh, it was a pleasure to deal with them….

FIRST CLASS SERVICE Thank you all. Its a pleasure to collect a total loss vehicle from here. Office staff and yard staff are amazing. Very professional and very Helpful. Ive collected from here many times over the last 20 years and couldnt ask for a better service. Staff are All very polite. Thank you again

I was liaising with somebody from the Garage regarding a vehicle that had been recovered following on from a burglary from my home. The person I spoke with was unbelievably rude and wouldn't give me any information as for all they knew 'I could be in on it'. This is despite the person I spoke to prior to them advising details of where it had been recovered. Terrible people skills and awful to deal with.

They make it almost impossible for you to retrieveone's vehicle, over a week & half now after a t/awith my crutches in the vehicle also,(I have mobility issues)they just aren't interested & justdon't care,not to mention the 150 pound towingfee,plus daily storage fees racking up,& being apensioner,I don't see a happy outcome anytimesoon! please stay well clear of this business" ifyou are able."

My car was recovered by above company after crash. Spoke to reception on 10/01/22 around 4pm to find out if I would be able to get my personal belongings out of the car before it's collected by repair team. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and actually had a go at me for not contacting them earlier. I had to explain myself that I did need few days to recover from shock after the crash, before even thinking about dealing with aftermath. By the way only received letter from them with contact details over the weekend and rang them on Monday. It was impossible to communicate with this person. They gave me contradicting information and seemed like they abandoned headset to find out more information without letting me know what's going on. Lady would not even let me speak and I had to ask to lower their voice. I cant say anything bad about their other services, but reception have no customer service skills or any respect towards others at all. Avoid this woman if possible!!

A total waste of time rip of company very disappointed customer sevices

I was low on petrol with my 2 month old baby in the car and when I went to fill the tank, noticed the petrol flap was jammed! I panicked as had 0 miles (stupidly) and pulled in to Auto rescue and asked for help. The very kind receptionist got a mechanic to come out and he spent about 15 minutes trying to unjam it for me with a very kind fire-fighter. They were able to get it open so I could fill my tank. They asked for no fee! Very kind and helpful. I’d really like to say a big thank you to these two very kind gentleman. I will use this garage in the future.
