Adam helped resolve an issue with my boiler, and although fairy expensive compared to others we have used in the past, the service was excellent and he helped resolve the issue quickly getting the boiler back up and running again

Had an issue with my electric shower leaking late at night. Adam answered the call and walked me through how his business works and what to expect. Within 30-35 mins he was at my door. Adam was very respectful of my house making sure to wipe his shoes at the door mat every time he’d re-enter the house and asking for permission to access rooms. Within the hour Adam successfully stopped my leak with very little disruption to the other people in my house and helped guide me with the next steps of installing a new shower unit. Adam was very informative with talking me through the requirements for my setup. After he left he provided me with links to possible units that would work with my electrics and plumbing. Adam has arranged to return asap with a shower unit of my choosing to install, all within a reasonable price compared to other plumbers I’ve spoken to. From the moment I spoke to Adam to the moment he left the premise I had received a pleasant, efficient and informative experience. Will definitely have Adam on speed dial for future plumbing works.

Excellent service and transparency on pricing. After being ripped off in the past by other plumbers I was cautious in hiring someone but after speaking with Adam on the phone I was happy for him to come over and see if he could fix our leak on the basis that he would charge us for the first hour of attendance and fixed agreed pricing thereafter if need be. However Adam arrived and got straight to work and although we had prepared ourselves for a worse case scenario thinking it would take longer than the hour Adam managed diagnose where the leak originated from and fix it all within the first hour. I must add this was after two other plumbers had come out free of charge and tried to get us to agree for them to undertake the work at nearly three times the amount that Adam charged us for the hour, not only this but the other plumbers wanted to knock holes out of our newly plastered ceiling which would have cost us even more. Adam has fixed the leak without all of this and we are so happy we took the leap of faith in hiring him. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to anybody in the same position.Thanks again.

Although I didn’t end up using AD Plumbing and Heating (as my electrician ended up repairing the pipe he drilled through), I received excellent out of hours advice and they were happy to come out whenever was most convenient for me to carry out the repair if needed.
