Ned and team sanded 4 rooms, 2 hallways and 2 landings in my house and have done a spectacular job. They worked extremely hard, working long hours to get the job done and managed to do it all in just 4 days! I'm really really happy with the results, they have completely transformed my house. Ned was also helpful in talking me through different options, adapting at the last minute to do the additional landings. I'm so pleased we opted to have them filled with pine slivers - an additional cost but we already feel the difference with the warmth of the house. Importantly they were a lovely bunch to have around, and left the place spotless when they were done. Would absolutely recommend their services!(they don't look this yellow IRL, it's the warm spotlights we haven't changed since moving in!)

Update - Oct 2022. We’ve just had Ned back to replace our kitchen floor and he’s done a first rate job again. Very precise and tidy work. We’re delighted with the outcome.August 2020Ned and Peter removed, stored and relaid our floor. The quality of their work is outstanding and they were able to incorporate changes to the project to allow us to reveal some tiles in the flooring. They were a pleasure to have around, worked long days to get the job done and approached the entire job with good humour and enthusiasm.

We were looking at options to either lay LVT or Laminate or have our wooden floors refurbished. After much deliberation, we decided to have our floors refurbished. We found Ned on Checkatrade and was extremely professional from start to finish. We had our floors repaired, sealed, sanded, stained and varnished. During the initial quote stage, Ned picked up small details within the flooring and he could explain the history of refurbishments and repairs - a real master of his trade. He was polite, on time, finished within budget and overall, exceeded our expectations! Would highly recommend Ned for any floor refurbishments.
