A truly professional service managed and delivered by an experienced team. Dr Myers was very focused and helpful by guiding me through the elaborate process, which in the end he made it look very simple. I am just returning back to UK practise, after a project abroad for 9 years and I can only say that the service here has been thoroughly commendable.

I'm so pleased I chose DAC for my appraisal, and highly recommend them. Their form is straightforward and intuitive to use, and it's easy to make amendments to entries without having to delete anything else. My appraiser was very supportive and helpful, making the experience really positive. My proposed PDP is clear and achievable, and I look forward to having my appraisal with them again next year.

Excellent and professional service. They are very welcoming and experienced. I have had 3 consecutive years of appraisals with them, and despite me operating as a private doctor in relatively new and different fields of medicine, they are knowledgable enough to support me in the appraisal process! Their software that they use for appraisals is also very easy to use and can be updated easily throughout the year.

Excellent service. Being in the NHS until committing myself to private practice in the last year, I was, apprehensive regarding the appraisal. The admin team and the appraiser with easy to navigate appraisal systems made the whole process very smooth. I have no hesitation in recommending.

Just a wee note to thank DAC for organising my appraisal which I had two days ago, 02/02/2023. The process was simple and straight forward.My appraisal was the best appraisal I have ever had since I had the first appraisal some 20 years ago. The appraiser was very well prepared, knew what appraisal is, why it is done and how to do it. She was a very good communicator. She established such an excellent relationship and talking to her felt like talking to an old school friend one had not seen for many years. I look forward to our next appraisal meeting.
