So these guys are a UPS pick up location. And words fail me to understand why they bother doing it !!!I find another woman there quite upset for the same reason as me. So if you have a parcel to pick up there, there’s only one guy who can scan the parcel and give it to you. But this guy is never there. So if he’s taking a dump, you’ll have to wait until he finishes. Long story short, I still haven’t got my parcel.This kerfuffle cost me 2 hours of my life and a missed train to London. I didn’t have to pay a new ticket but I was late to my appointment in London. Completely unreliable, unprofessional and they won’t care when you really need their help. I wouldn’t recommend to work with them at all in any capacity. So beware !
