Eclipse Marquees

We have had the pleasure of hiring Eclipse Marquees on 2 separate occasions and both times the marquees were exactly how we wanted them. They showed us a variety of marquees and designs inside and out to choose from and were happy to answer any questions we had. Eclipse Marquees provided an excellent service and were so efficient putting up and taking down the marquees with my timeframe. They provided an excellent service at competitive prices. Definitely looking forward to hiring their services again & would highly recommend.

The worst wedding marquee company to work with don’t be fooled by their Instagram appearance. Staff is the rudest I’ve had to deal with and JAY who engages with clients has the worst customer service skills. Ignoring calls and robbing clients of their dream weddings last minute is this companies real tag line.What they couldn’t do for me after 3 months of having a booking with them another small local company came through last minute and we’re able to adapt to the location. The incompetency this company had is unreal and I was quite surprised as they seem quite established . Not choosing to do a job because they couldn’t be bothered to travel to my location a day before the event is very unprofessional to say the least. Please be wary if you choose to work with themThe 1 star by the way is for the blessing in disguise this company was for me.
