I was recently the victim of a bank scam and it left me completely without funds. This was not only frightening but shameful and devastating. I take my rent and other outgoings very seriously. I love my home and would do nothing to harm my relationship with my landlord or my rental agency if I could possibly help itI contacted Zoe to tell her what had happened and she was not only sympathetic but helpful. She has been in contact with my landlord and explained the situation and has worked with me to resolve this as soon as I am able.There is nothing more worrying than not being able to meet a commitment such as a rental agreement. It jeopardises where I call home. But Zoe has been calm and professional and I can’t thank her more. This will be resolved but right now I can’t thank Zoe enough for being that calm and professional conduit between me and probably very worried landlord.

High quality staff are difficult to find and Skye easily falls within that category. She would, I have no doubt, be an asset in any office based environment, at the point of contact with the client, as her skill set seems ideally suited to that critical interface.My issue resolved she has now gone above and beyond and arranged a follow up so that any future difficulties can be preempted and, thus, avoided.If she is representative of all of the staff, and services, offered by Oakfield then I would be bound to recommend them to any prospective clients.
